Watch your weight in Ramadan!

 I noticed that patients who are committed to diet to reduce system weight fear the month of Ramadan in the knowledge that the diet will not be as effective and that the weight will increase during the holy month. Paradox may seem strange, although fasting for a whole month, which is supposed to decrease the weights Ozanna increase during the month of Ramadan!
